Viginia Being Sore What Have I Got?

What have i got? - viginia being sore

Hello, I think I can have a UM STD / STI. I have an external painful Viginia - just off the opening. It burns when I go to the toliet and it is sometimes very itchy. At first I thought it was Thrush - Cause thats what i get usually - but not the cream really help - but not Iching. I think I have herpes in the vicinity of the opening - not sure. Im really worried .. Please can someone tell me, what can that be?
