Egg free salmon patties? - salmon patties without egg
I would like to make salmon burgers and cake for lunch. My child is allergic to eggs (which does not May). Has anyone a recipe without eggs, but could with a common ingredient in now have at home? (I have the egg substitute, P right now).

Use your favorite recipe and use mashed potatoes. Instant mashed potato flakes are fine.

Mix with mashed potatoes and then let cool for 30 minutes.
I do use only when I bread with salmon roe for the salmon burger (and Crab Cakes), I use fish, seasoned breadcrumbs, taste with other seasonings. If the bread is not enough to keep everything together, add Lilttle flour or cereals (corn flakes).
